The location is super convenient and the staff was friendly and super helpful. Jerod called ahead for our Museum Hill trip, which was awesome. Rooms were decent and housekeeping was on point. The food was tasty, valet service was solid, and JJ was always around to help. Amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries were great. Plus, the spa had a hot tub and fitness center.

Great location and awesome service
Loved staying here! The lobby is gorgeous, and the restaurant is top-notch. It's just a short walk to the Plaza and lots of eateries, super convenient. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations. Our room was comfy, but we had to deal with a few minor issues. the elevators were out a couple of times.

Well appointed hotel with a pleasant view of the mountains. Outstanding restaurant. Staff was super-friendly. Airy, spotless rooms. Fairly clean bathrooms. Very central location, approximately 10-15 minutes' walk from Georgia O'Keeffe Museums. Appreciated the amazing area.

Spotless, good value hotel, its location was wonderful and right by the main square and Santa Fe. The rooms were brand-new with fireplace, felt like home. I loved the nice design here👌😀

The room was spacious and recently renovated, with two comfortable full-size beds. The hotel's pool was fantastic. The location was incredible, just a stone's throw away from the Plaza, allowing easy access to all the shops, the historic city center, and Santa Fe's attractions.

My husband ordered champaign and chocolate covered strawberries for our arrival to surprise me, but they were never delivered. The gym had broken equipment and the sauna was not working.

Excellent accomadations. Really close to Plaza and shopping is less than a 5 minute walk. Valet service was very convenient but a little pricey as well as slow to get the vehicle at times but well worth the piece of mind.Room was great and extremelycomfortablet but really could use a microwave. Roof top pool and hot tub is awesome and stays open until 11pm. Resturaunt in Hotel "Old House" is incredible.
